Focus: plea bargaining, judicial decision-making, sentencing reform, false confessions, pretrial detention, suspended sentences. Expertise in judicial bias, prosecutorial discretion, alternative sanctions, prison policy. Data-driven analysis of Israeli criminal justice system with comparative international perspective.
