Our group focuses on experimental research regarding fundamental questions of turbulence and wall-bounded flows, with applications to turbulence modeling and drag reduction. We also develop new analytical and computational tools for analyzing turbulent flows. In addition, we conduct turbulence research in multi-phase mixing, bubble dynamics, and scalar transport.
