Research Interests
I am a geographer studying the interaction between society and the natural environment. My work explores the social, political, economic and institutional dimensions linked with processes of global environmental change. I am particularly interested in such issues and processes concerning climate change. My work in this field focuses on vulnerability and adaptation to climate change, climate migration, the climate-conflict nexus, and our ability to learn from past society-environment interactions for improving responses to contemporary climate changes.
