In my lab, we study two main topics: 1. Early brain development of neurodevelopmental disorders. 2. The molecular and cellular effects of neurostimulation.
For that we use multiple methods such as: transgenic mice models, ex-vivo extracellular and intracellular electrophysiology, live imaging techniques (two-photon microscope), fixed tissues confocal immunofluorescence microscopy, biochemistry workup, next generation sequencing and bioinformatics.
