We delve into the dynamics of cancer and TME evolution, leveraging cutting-edge computational models and big data analytics to explore how genetic mutations and gene expression patterns across both tumors and host tissues influence cancer progression and treatment responses. Our interdisciplinary approach combines ideas and insights from machine learning, statistics, and network biology to tackle key questions.
