My research spans computational biology, computer and data science, AI, and social sciences, focusing on integrative approaches to complex systems. In computational biology and systems biology, I apply bioinformatics, multi-omics, and network modeling to uncover pathways in health, performance, and disease. In the social sciences, I examine decision-making, digital behavior, and organizational resilience, especially in information systems. I also lead work in cybersecurity and AI, advancing methods for deepfake detection and trustworthy AI.
