Research Interests
My research focuses on the psychological and physiological mechanisms underlying leadership, with an emphasis on charisma, group dynamics, and decision-making. I use experimental methods and psychophysiological measures (e.g., synchrony, HRV, EDA) to understand how leaders influence collective outcomes such as cooperation, affective commitment, and performance. I am especially interested in how follower traits interact with leader behaviors to shape group processes and leadership emergence. I also study research methods, focusing on biases in traditional tools, such as self-reports.
