Research Interests
We work on designing new computer architectures and structures based on novel computing paradigms (e.g., neuromorphic, cytomorphic, processing-in-memory, etc.) and emerging technologies (e.g., memristive technologies such as RRAM, MRAM, PCM, superconductors, FeFET).
We also look on applications such as hardware security, IoT, RF, mixed-signal circuit design.
