Shai Carmi’s research group is focused on statistical modeling in genetics. Areas of application are diverse and include population genetics (theory and applications in Israeli populations), ancient DNA, genetic genealogy, disease risk prediction, and reproductive genetic testing, particularly of IVF embryos.
