Research Interests
We study the evolution and mechanisms of arthropod-symbiosis. Our focus is the interaction between arthropod vectors and their bacterial endosymbionts.
We also study the biology and ecology of arthropod vectors in the aim of reducing parasites burden and vector borne-diseases.
