In our group we study, using gravitational lensing, a range of extragalactic-astronomical topics, from the dark matter distribution and composition, to high-redshift galaxy, galaxy evolution, galaxy clusters, and recently also lensed supernovae, lensed AGN, and lensed stars at high redshift – an exciting newly discovered phenomenon that allows us to see single stars across the Universe. We are part of various international collaborations with extensive observing time on both Hubble and JWST, such as Flashlights, RELICS, BUFFALO, UNCOVER, PEARLS, etc., studying some of the most distant objects.
