Research Interests
We study how experience-driven brain activity shapes the epigenome and the 3D- chromatin architecture, in both healthy and diseased states. Our research focuses on three key areas:

1. Adaptive Chromatin Responses Induced by Intermittent Fasting Regimes as a Tool to Improve Brain Health and Cognitive Performance.
2. Epigenetic Mechanisms Underlying Hypothalamic Circuits of Appetite and Energy Balance Control.
3. Molecular and Epigenetic Mechanisms Underlying Memory Formation and Recall
