Physical Artificial Intelligence (PAI) refers to the theory and practice of (physically) synthesizing lifelike robots. The Physical AI Lab focuses on unveiling the scientific fundamentals of creating future symbiotic and sustainable human-robot-nature ecosystems. We conduct research at the nexus of disciplines to develop synthetic and bio-hybrid soft intelligent systems with characteristics typically belonging to living organisms.
