My research group and I study flow related to groundwater, CO2 storage in saline aquifers and various other topics related to multiphase flow in porous media.

Some specific topics of interest include: coreflooding simulation, reservoir simulation, upscaling, CO2 storage modeling, aquifer pumping tests, core characterization, capillary heterogeneity effects and groundwater modeling.

Our research is mostly theoretical, however may include analysis of data from experiments.
