Overall, my research interests aim to provide a better understanding of the behavior of concrete structures under various loading conditions and develop new and innovative materials, including but not limited to concrete. The objective of this research comes from the need to improve the performance of materials in the construction industry. My research interests include using state-of-the-art computational tools for multi-scale simulation of concrete structures, structural analysis, and a deep understanding of the mechanics of engineering materials and specifically on fracture mechanics.
