My lab is interested in the underlying mechanism of the capacity for regeneration. In our research, we are employing tissue culture systems to explore the mechanisms by which specific cells maintain totipotency and to investigate the stages involved in the process of de novo organogenesis. We are primarily focused on chromatin regulation and cell-to-cell communication.
