Research Interests
I work on discovering new physics, that will manifest itself either as a new resonance particle (lighter than the newly discovered Higgs Boson) at the LHC or as low mass dark matter at the SENSEI (Sub Electron Noise Skipper-CCD Experimental Instrument) experiment at Fermilab (USA).
I’m using LHC data collected in 2015-2018 to search for a new low mass particle using novel techniques such as machine learning to identify the boosted regime and I’m also working on advanced trigger techniques to identify hadronically decaying taus at the future Run3 and Run4 of the LHC.
