Research Interests
Our lab is interested in studying the epigenomics of cellular regulation in embryonic stem cells (ESCs) and cancer. We investigate basic questions related to ESC differentiation, cell cycle, chromatin, DNA methylation, and RNA, and also develop new tools to enhance the resolution and capacity of cell genomics and epigenomics measurements
