Research Interests
The current research in our lab focuses on spore dormancy and awakening, the characterization of intercellular nanotubes formed among neighbouring bacteria identified in her laboratory, the utilization of nanotubes by human pathogenic bacteria, and mechanisms of phage spread in multispecies communities.
