We are interested in fundamental questions in biology, and use methods borrowed from physics and math to address them, in particular population genetics models, stochastic simulations and genomic data analysis.

The current projects in the lab are:

* Evolution of self-incompatibility in plants;
* evolution of high-dimensional fitness landscapes;
* evolution of gene regulation;
* Flowering dependence in fruit trees on winter temperatures.
