Research Interests
Yoav Tsori’s research is in the theory of soft matter physics: polymers, liquids, surfactants, liquid crystals, colloids, and electrolytes. Many of his works revolve around the concept of interfaces and surface tension. He is interested in theories of phase transitions that occur in external forces, notably electric ones. A special case of these transitions is so-called “electro prewetting”, which is closely related to wetting and dewetting phenomena.
